Dream Education recognises the importance of matching qualified and professional candidates with each school to cover short or long-term, or permanent placements. Each candidate is thoroughly vetted to ensure they have the relevant qualifications, experience and competence to enable them to teach the National Curriculum.
Before any candidate is registered with Dream Education, they will be subjected to strict vetting and checking procedures. These checks are in full compliance and accordance with the legal requirements detailed in Department for Children, Schools and Families circular number 7/96: "Use of supply teachers".
So, whether we are interviewing home-grown teachers or if we are meeting with teachers from overseas, we apply the same rigorous series of checks to each potential Dream teacher to ensure that they meet our strict standards. Teachers must be able to show:
- Professional skills and abilities
- Enthusiasm and flexibility
- Proof of qualifications and right to work in the UK
Dream provides an array of services to schools:
- Day to Day supply, relief and substitute teachers
- Short term cover - up to a term (1 - 13 weeks)
- Long-term cover and Permanent Positions - from a term to two years and sometimes further extensions.
We serve Infant, Junior, Primary, Secondary (11 - 16), Secondary (11 - 18) and Special Schools, providing qualified teachers for Independent, Grammar and Comprehensive, Traditional, Denominational and Multi-faith schools.
We assist schools from the major cities in the UK including London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds to schools in the smaller cities, towns, coastal areas, rural landscapes and leafy villages.
