At Dream we have a variety of different strategies for recruiting quality staff to schools where posts are traditionally difficult to fill. We know that Headteachers are always keen to explore as many recruitment routes as possible, especially if they result in the appointment of quality long term and permanent teachers.

With a global network of offices, Dream is able to engage quality experienced teachers from all over the world who are seeking long term and permanent positions throughout the UK. Dream provides a range of options to schools wishing to meet these teachers. Interviews can be conducted face-to-face at your school, via telephone with overseas based teachers, or by travelling to where the overseas teachers are, and interviewing them face to face.

We currently have a large number of overseas teachers who are seeking long-term and permanent positions in the UK. Dream recruits these professionals from all the Commonwealth countries as well as having offices in South Africa, Canada, Australia and consultants in Jamaica and New Zealand. We can run recruitment drives to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Jamaica, Canada, Ireland or the USA by taking Head teachers overseas and conducting interviews with carefully selected and short-listed education professionals. Dream ensures that our Headteachers only interview quality, experienced and appropriate teachers for both responsibility and professional grade teaching posts. Indeed many of our overseas applicants hold posts of responsibility within their own countries.

Dream Education can recruit and relocate teachers from anywhere in the world including the repatriation of British trained teachers who have served in top British International schools around the world. This service is completely free of charge to the school as Dream will cover the cost of advertising overseas, flights, accommodation and the living expenses of the interviewing Head teacher while they are interviewing overseas.

In recent years we have organised a number of highly successful recruitment drives to Australia, Canada, Jamaica, New Zealand and South Africa for LEA officials, Headteachers and Deputy Headteachers from Bracknell, Bristol, Cambridgeshire, Doncaster, Hertfordshire, Kent, Newham, NE Lincolnshire, Manchester, London and Peterborough. The experience and dedication of the education team have seen over 600 teachers successfully placed in long-term or permanent schooling posts throughout the UK.

Whether it is to Australia, Canada, Jamaica, New Zealand or South Africa Dream is able to arrange around 40 pre-vetted and pre-selected experienced teachers for your Headteachers to interview in their own country. All the costs of an overseas recruitment drive are covered by Dream until such time as a teacher is employed by a school when the normal fees apply.
